Discussed The eccentric-wheel clamping mechanism which used for workpieces in industry, how to use the design method with double eccentric wheel self-clamping civil life, and through this designed realized a small device can be desktop or wall hanging. After extensive measurements practical of mug drainage, effectiveness discussed article is verified. It has been proved that even if volume not more than 85 * 40mm, it possible achieve long time (>72 hours) effectively fixed. And achieved at low cost using ordinary 3D printing materials (PLA) adhesive tape, etc., potential large-scale mass production. In addition, example, also shown pure mechanical equipment still great significance some long-term, low-energy consumption applications, value further in-depth exploration development.
